We advise on Canadian immigration procedures and represent our clients in them. The company began operations in Vancouver, British Columbia on 12 September 2011 and has worked with hundreds of clients since.
How we work
Immigration consulting can be a paperwork business or an advice business. We treat it as advice, under three headings we hold ourselves to:
- Clarity — you should understand what is being applied for, what it costs and how long it takes, before it is filed.
- Honesty — about the strength of a case, including when it is weak. If the answer is that you do not qualify yet, that is the answer you get.
- Frankness — no promises about a decision that belongs to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, and none about what an officer will do at the border.
Who we work with
Visitors, students, workers, families and business owners — most of them applying from outside Canada, and most of them deciding between two or three routes rather than one. Advice is in English and Spanish.
What we do not do
- We are not part of the Government of Canada. These applications can be made directly at canada.ca; what we charge for is the review, the preparation and the follow-through.
- We do not promise outcomes. The decision is IRCC’s, and at the border it is the officer’s.
- We do not take cases that do not qualify.
